I. RETURN POLICY

Change Policy

The company guarantees all the products in its online store in terms of quality and use for which they were made.

Our products are categorized for strictly personal use, and therefore the products do not accept returns / changes for reasons of hygiene (no. 3ib of Law 2251/1994) on all goods such as underwear, bra, suspenders, bodysuits, socks, tights, bodysuits, nightgowns.

Return costs

If the return is due to a wrong shipment from us or a defective product, we will be happy to cover the relevant shipping costs if the return is made through the courier working with us. In any other case the return is at your own expense.

!CAUTION!: In case of change you should first consult with the store, as no parcel will be accepted that will be returned on your own initiative.

The minimum limit for each order is 15 €.

The minimum limit for payment by cash on delivery is 20 €.
